Seller refused to send me the item claiming it was now “Out of stock” and said I needed to cancel the order to receive a refund. I checked the listing which had 4 left in stock and the price was changed to more than double what I paid for. I told the seller and they responded with “check again” in which seller then changed it to out of stock. I had to call eBay support to get help in the matter they opened a case against the seller. The seller responded with “LoL” and finally refunded me.

When you purchased the product I told you that it would take longer to ship than expected due to delays with my supplier. I offered to cancel the order for you since you did not want to wait. Obviously, I edited the stock to 0 since I didn't want any future buyers to purchase since I was waiting on my restock. I refunded you within 2 hours of you opening a claim. You really like to stretch the truth don't you....

Seller never said anything to me about delayed shipping. I wanted the figure. I definitely would have waited the "delay" as I purchased the figure from this seller for MSRP value which is around $450. That is almost impossible these days given most go for over $700 USED because they are no longer in production by the manufacturer. Again, I was only told by the seller to cancel the order because it's out of stock and didn't get a response when I said they needed to cancel if it's out of stock.

Product was not as advertised. Listing and photos said it was genuine Lego brand set, but was not. Also was supposed to arrive before Christmas but came January 4. When seller was contacted, did promptly offer a partial refund.

I sincerely apologize for mistakenly shipping the wrong product. To rectify the situation, I provided a full refund (minus shipping fees), which effectively gave the product for free due to my error. Please understand that this was not a malicious attempt to deceive or pass off a counterfeit item, but rather an honest mistake on my part
