spent a good full day removing loose paint and rust
used this and a coarse .020 milwaukee. The milwaukee removes significantly more paint (including the well adhered, not-needed-to-be-removed paint) but the milwaukee completely lost all of its fibers. many of which lodged into my groin area. Both items removed rust with good quickness.
This forney wire brush also lost a few wires, but not nearly as many. it's still largely intact despite greater usage than the milwaukee, while the milwaukee literally has every single wire snapped and is completely totalled.

14.5 amps is very misleading
1 of 1 found this helpful this unit consumes 1520 watts under load with a 15 degree tip.
that's 12.45 amps.
I bought this to upgrade from a unit that was 12 amps, and measured at 1389-1400 watts under load (a little ryobi unit)
While it's significantly quieter and the hose reel is nice and the hose material is more trustworthy outdoors and the build quality seems better, my increase in power is about 5%. That's not worth 100 bucks. not at all.
