Simple and effective
Easy to set up and good sound quality. Big improvement over previous model which suffered badly from buffering and lost connection issues due to slow wifi but this seems to be completely fixed with the new model.
I haven’t tested the included software as the unit works perfectly as an Airplay/Spotify Connect device with no need for extra software.
Things that could be improved- the 3.5mm audio jack and USB ports are on opposite sides of the device which makes cabling a little messy, would be better if they were next to each other. The previous model’s optical out has been removed which is a shame (though I didn’t use it personally). And the bundled 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable isn’t a lot of use, would’ve made more sense to bundle a 3.5mm to RCA cable. But overall a good cheap and effective product for audio streaming.

Great value.
DoHome app required for setup is a little unpolished but once set up these plugs work perfectly with Alexa, Google and Apple Homeplug, despite the lack of official certification for the latter. Nice compact design too.
