100% Reef Safe Removal of Parasites in Marine Fish
PraziPro is an amazing product for the safe removal or intestinal worms and many different types of flukes and parasites, both in the gills and on the skin of your fish, and most important of all. Its totally Reef Safe!!!! I've got many different types of fish as well as corals and anemones and needed a product that I could put in my tank that wouldn't harm the beneficial bacteria or my clean up crew including snails, scarlet hermit crabs, brittle stars and even bristle worms. All of which are essential for cleaning up left over food and dietrius. My corals include some SPS and Leathers as well as many LPS corals that I don't want harmed in any way at all. It has to be safe for the fish as well as all living critters in my tank, with the exception of parasites in and on the fish. PraziPro fits that need! This product in my opinion should be used no less than twice a year to keep your fish as healthy as they can and deserve to be, and of course free of any parasites. The standard dose is 1 tsp per 20 gallons of total water volume, not the tank size plus your sump size but the actual water that is in the system. For example my Reef tank is a 40 gallon breeder with a 20 gallon sump but my actual water volume is about 40 gallons, this is a guesstimate taking out for live rock and sand. Please note that there are several different types of flukes that live both on the skin and in the gills and not knowing which you have may need a much stronger dose than the 1 tsp per 20 gallons. It's best to run the normal recommended dose first to see how well they are removed. The dose should be left in your system for 5-7 days, then do a 50% water change and restart the protein skimmer and running carbon to remove the residual PraziPro that is left after doing the water change. Wait 4 days before doing a second dose, at this time if you still have flukes on the fish that are noticeable a stronger second dose is required. From one of the chemists at Red Sea these flukes will need a dose of 1.5 tsp per 10 or triple the normal dose. I just did this on my tank due to the flukes were still showing up on my McCosker's wrasse. The flukes were gone over night with this second treatment and the stronger dose was needed for their removal. The reason that you need to run carbon and do the large water change is to give the eggs of the flukes time to hatch but to do a second dose before they're mature enough to lay more eggs. The only thing I noticed with this triple dose was my LPS corals, Leathers and anemone were a bit frumpy while the PraziPro was in my system at this higher strength. After doing another 50% water change and running the protein skimmer and charcoal all corals, anemones and fish were completely back to normal... minus the parasites. I would also like to Highly Recommend that if you have a marine Reef or FOWLR (Fish Only With Live Rock) tank, and you're not a member of Reef Central that you should join. It's the largest website for saltwater enthusiasts available on the Web. There are many experts of all aspects there to help you with your tank to help you be successful with your tank or tanks, and it's all for FREE, just ask that if you can help others out with information that you've learned along the way to share it with others. I'll see you there! Happy Reefing! David Kuhlmann

    Good value for the money
Not a bad car for $22 actually it's a nice toy to have fun running obstical courses. I suggest that you purchase extra batteries. They take a while to charge. You can get a set of 5 batteries with a charger that will charge all of them at the same time. I paid like $20 for them.
