Replaces the identical pair I have used for several years, but one strap was about to break, so I chose to replace the pair with an identical replacement.

Obsolete model; fails yo spray!
The spray motor works and the spray rotor rotates. However, with the liquid bottle fully inserted, no spray comes out the nozzle!! I.e., the unit is totally defective/inoperative, and I'd like to have my money refunded.
This unit was to replace a failed unit. (We have found that this device has a life of only few years. I believe we've already owned and discarded three worn-out units.)
I overlooked the fact, when buying it, that it was an obsolete model with a single (15 second) spray. Models in the last decade typically have 15 second and 30 second spray options. It obviously was manufactured about 15 years ago because the set of batteries included had a use-by date of 2013 and the included discount coupons expired in 2007.
