Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8 lens-fast, light and quiet
Its the latest standard Nikon lens. Whats not to like. Quick autofocus (on latest Nikon body -D800E - OK not quite the latest) and very quiet. Wider than my older lenses but lighter too. Good price

Dimplex Electic Studio G Tower Heater-effective and stylish
I have only owned this heater for a short while so these are first impressions. It is quiet, effective and quite stylish. It comes with remote control which is very useful and easy to use. Time will tell if it proves reliable long term but it appears well made and Dimplex is a respected brand.

Mark Bass Carry bag for Littel mark II
Mark Bass stuff is good. I have the Little Mark II bass amp so it makes sense to get the appropriate bag to carry it. Good stuff.
