Wisdom and Compassion
My wife, who has studied intensively with Roshi Joan (Halifax) is very impressed with the book, repeatedly saying to me that I'll love it. I'll read it when she's finished, and I expect that my opinion will probably mirror hers, even though I know the author much less than she does.

One terrific recording
The late Jesse Winchester at his finest, writing, singing, and picking. Sorry he shuffled off this mortal coil so soon. He did leave a great body of work for us to enjoy.

Helping the next generation
This was a purchase for my daughter, who's expecting her first any day now. She's very picky about supplements, so when she says it's very good, it's GREAT. She'll want to reorder if/when she decides to have another pregnancy. S a t i s f i e d !
