Awesome budget-priced, high-quality exhaust option!
Installed these on a 2012 Sportster 1200 Custom, which had the Forty-Eight style mufflers from the factory. I had already drilled the factory muffler baffles to 5/8", but it still never sounded right, still too quiet, and those mufflers always looked a little weird to me with the sorta pinched-in ends. Got these with the side-slash "boloney cut" because they look like how I feel the factory mufflers SHOULD have looked. Install was a bit of a bear because getting the original mufflers off was NOT easy, plus I replaced the front-cylinder cone gasket because I had to move that pipe around a lot to wiggle the old muffler off (HD charges 15 bucks a pair for those little things). Put those gaskets in the freezer for 30 minutes, then one at a time, wipe 'em with some high-temp gun oil (Slip2000 has a high flashpoint) and press 'em in CAREFULLY by hand.
Be aware that you SHOULD also replace the crossover port gaskets when installing these mufflers - should be less than ten bucks a pair from your local dealer. I maybe could've reused mine, but ... why risk it, right? Actually installing these slip-on mufflers was SUPER easy once the old ones were off. Make sure you sand/file off any burrs from the header pipes before slipping on the new mufflers, and then fight those stupid factory muffler clamps to get 'em over the ever-so-slightly larger diameter ends of the new mufflers. Once installed, wipe everything down with some Windex to remove any residual factory packing oils and/or fingerprints because you do NOT want those to burn into the finish and/or discolor the chrome. Then start 'er up and ... WOW.
These things are LOUD!!! I started the bike up without mufflers just before installing these to get a bit of comparison:in terms of volume, these Rush slip-ons are literally almost as loud as open headers, but they have a MUCH deeper, meatier, beefier tone, without any nasty, raspy popping or crackling.
My only regret is getting the 2.00" instead of the 1.75", as I feel that I lost a little bit of bottom-end power/torque, and these are just on the ragged edge of being too loud. (I wear earplugs on highway rides, anyway.) The smaller-sized baffles might surrender less torque and be a little less loud, but won't have as deep of a sound - this thing sounds like a Fat Boy on 'roids now! Coupled with a cheap high-flow air cleaner and a Cobra fi2000r fuel tuner, I have a definite improvement in power and sound for less than $500 total invested - less than some folks spend on the exhaust, alone! These are an AWESOME deal for the money.

TOTALLY does not fit the LCP
Even with the screws tightened down as far as they'll go (using the included Allen wrench), neither a Ruger LCP nor a Kel-Tec P3AT will fit in this holster correctly. The fitment is so loose that simply from turning it upside-down, gravity alone will pull the pistol right out of the holster. Does NOT click into place around the trigger guard as it should, and even the width of the holster around the slide area is so large that it allows it to flop around in there. Belt clip is small, soft, and something I would not trust at all to hold this thing in place. Bought this to wear while jogging, but there is NO WAY I can trust this thing to prevent my LCP from jumping right out of my waistband within just a few steps. Utterly worthless holster for this model. It's even labeled "KT380" on the holster, but it's sized more like it was meant to fit something larger like a Remington RM380 or something else. The ONLY good things I can say about it are that it included the Allen wrench for adjustment and that there are no rough edges on the finish - the ONLY reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1.

NOT an improvement
1 of 1 found this helpful Installed this on a Q5 Match, which already had a fiber optic front sight from the factory. The original red/orange wasn't easy for me to see at all, so I got this green one, figuring it would be brighter. Well ... it's SORTA brighter, but it is by NO means easy to see unless there's a LOT of ambient lighting. Outdoors, sure, it's great, but I don't always use the outdoor range that's local to me, so whenever I'm using this at the indoor range, the front sight is barely visible at all. Seriously, a plain white painted-on dot is like twice as bright in the same environment. If you're outdoors and it's a bright day, sure, this thing is wonderful, and for that reason I can't say it was a total wasted investment. It's also well-made and installation only took a couple of minutes (you MUST use blue Loctite on the threads or you WILL be losing your front sight soon). In hindsight, though, I should've probably just spent the extra cash on a good tritium sight, which would be equally useful indoors or outdoors (and costs 3x more).
