Works well, but what a smell!
3 of 3 found this helpful Successfully repaired my cheap trainers that looked more like crocodiles than footwear.
And successfully re-attached various intricately shaped sole pieces that were flapping in the wind on my son's expensive running shoes.
Three weeks (of heavy usage) later the repairs are still perfect.
Only two small problems:
1) The tube did not come with instructions [you really do have to apply a thin coat to both clean surfaces, then let both surfaces "dry" for ten minutes, then carefully aligne, then force contact, then leave to set for a day].
2) There are rumours that this is a water based glue. This is not true. It's very STRONG and comes with a dreadful PONG.

Glass?
Large, light-weight, and works well......BUT.....it is NOT glass.
The plastic lens is good, but not perfect.......And plastic lenses are too easy to scratch.
