Closest shave short of a blade
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my second Panasonic Wet/Dry but the first time I've used one for wet shaving. Wow! Super close and smooth. Now unless I'm in a terrible rush I wet shave and it's amazing how close it gets. This is the best shaver I've ever had, shaves noticeably closer than my Arc3.

Best Automatic Flush Bolt for Most Applications
Double doors. What a pain in the a--, right? That inactive door... you rarely need to open it, so when you do want to open it, it's super hard to open the flush bolts. But what if you do want to open it regularly, to get a breeze going in the house? You have to open and close the top and bottom flush bolts umpteen times.
I thought, "Automatic flush bolts will solve ALL my problems!" I bought two sets of automatic flush bolts. AWESOME! But it wasn't until the finish carpenter was about to install them that I realized that the regular sets have a major problem. Every time you open the active door, the inactive also opens, automatically, whether you want it to or not. I had only counted on automatic locking, not UNINTENDED automatic opening. Also, when you close just the inactive door, it bounces open, until you also close the active door.
So on further research, I found the Rockwood 2945. It's perfect: when you open the active door, the inactive door stays put due to the upper flush bolt requiring a button press to open. When you open both doors and want to close just the inactive door, the upper flush bolt automatically latches shut. Then when you close the active door, the lower flush bolt engages, giving you a very solid closure top and bottom.

Best Smart Thermostat
1 of 1 found this helpful Great smart thermostat with great user interface and app/web interface and integrated Amazon Echo (Alexa) and integrates with Apple HomeKit. I have this ecobee 5, 2 ecobee 4’s, 2 ecobee 3 lites, and 2 ecobee Smart Si’s between 2 homes. This is the best one yet: glass front pane, prettier external sensor. Couldn’t be happier with it!
