  I still didn’t receive my order yet . I contacted with seller. They blaming Royal Mail delivery. They saying Royal mail is an issue in our area . But it’s not true. I already got My other order s with Royal Mail. Finally I asked refund. But seller said they can’t do anything until 31st. I’m vey disappointed.☹️

  Firstly, R.Mail having a delivery stop in your area due to short staff is completely & 100% true. R.Mail confirmed this directly on the phone when I called them to chase your parcel! You asked for a refund & I asked you to wait until the deadline of 31st January as I have to wait the full 12-14 days 2nd class postage can take before I can refund you for items that have gone missing & therefore submit a claim to R.Mail! This is ENTIRELY down to your own impatience & was/is totally out of my hands
