Xbox 360 as-is

Xbox360 was received with three red lights but replaced xclamps and worked just fine. Easy fix for anyone that has the simple tools and about an hour of time to mess with it. There are tuts for doing this all over the net. I would recomend this for any one trying to get a cheap xbox.
