Doorbell Suite DIY Kit
1 of 1 found this helpful I gave it 3 stars because you can't complain about the price, it arrived pretty quick, and all the parts were there. It was easy to build, where the parts go are clearly marked on the board, but mine worked when I first hooked it to power but then died. I checked parts placement, replaced 555, etc but still nothing. At least I ordered two kits but haven't tried putting the second one together yet. Would I recommend buying it? Yes, for the price and parts it was fun, and who knows, yours might function better.
One more thing. I've built several of these Chinese kits and everyone except this one had a schematic. I like a schematic because I like to complete the project on a breadboard first before permanently soldering it. Luckily I found a schematic online.

Mini Tesla Coil
1 of 1 found this helpful Being new to electronic kit building, this kit wasn’t that difficult to solder and complete despite the fact that the instructions were in Chinese. There are also instructional videos for this product on YouTube. The really fun part was it worked perfectly fine when I plugged it in with an old wallwart I had. I was able to light several different flouresant bulbs with it, but haven’t tried using as a speaker yet. I enjoyed this kit so much I then went on YouTube to find videos for making a homemade Tesla coil from scratch. These projects too were fun and successful (after minimal trial and error).
