Worth the investment
1 of 1 found this helpful The product did the job it was asked to do. The quality wasn’t the best and I don’t know how many times it could be used. The product was 80% cheaper than noted brands. It solved my problem and I was well pleased about that. Used with care and in conjunction with utube videos, as there are no instructions, the broken heater plug is now extracted.

Youview remote control
Latest control replaced older faulty one. Delivery and package good. No setting up required except for tv on/off which was straight forward.
