The Wristband would have been a better buy but for the fact that it doesn't have an alarm function as stated in the description.

1 of 1 found this helpful i bought this dvd because i met Ann many years ago when she played with a very good friend of mine called Jimmy Mullaley in a club in Raynes Park london and i thought her voice was amazing.this dvd does her justice and i play it all the time.

I would highly recommend to everyone who has problems with their breathing
