BENRO GD3WH 3-Way Geared Head Tripod Head

It hurts!
I compared this tripod head with similar heads from other manufacturers. The Benro is well-built and sturdy. However, it is difficult to use because the spring tension is too high. It takes a lot of effort to turn the knobs and it becomes tiring quickly. The spiked knobs for large movements actually hurt my hands. I kept the K&F Concept head, instead of this one.

A compact camera with high performance
I upgraded from a Canon R10 and found it was well worth it. The R7 is a bit larger and heavier, but it comes packed with professional features and the image quality is improved in every way. The extra pixels really make a difference in the image detail and also enable me to crop extensively without losing much resolution. The low light performance is excellent as there is not much grain at higher ISO's. I don't have to spend much time editing as the images are excellent right from the camera. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a compact camera to shoot action, events, or wildlife.

It works with my R7
I bought this lens to use on my Canon R7 with an adapter. This lens works, but it is noisy and slow to focus. I often have to focus manually when the auto focus fails. I hope Canon releases an RF-S version of this lens soon.
