Poor quality
Very poor quality tuners that grind under string tension when tuning guitar would not recommend these tuners.

Caraya 631BCEQ/N Thin Body Acoustic Guitar
2 of 2 found this helpful Out of the box this guitar was a terrible to play.
The action was really high, at the 12th fret low E 3mm, high E 2.8mm.
The frets were very rough you could hear the strings scratch against them.
The intonation was pretty good except for the A string which seemed to be about a half step sharp.
I wouldn't recommend this guitar unless you're willing to spend a bit of time or money giving it a really good setup.
After replacing the bridge and the nut, lowering the action and polishing the frets this is a pretty nice guitar to play its does sound really good.

Good quality product
