Fair value heavy duty

It seems to be well built made of very thick aluminum. The hand crank is supported by a bearing on each side. I did have to make adjustments to the grabber wheels to center them under the cutting wheel. It seems to be working fine for now!

Good for display or costumes

After learning that most of filters contain deteriorating asbestos even they have not been used but due to age I would be afraid of using for my original purpose.
