good recipes
I use this in all my home made currys, 3-4 desert spoons full for 3-4 people, with a top up of 4 garlic cloves, sliced not mashed, and 2 1inch lengths of ginger, pealed and slided into 1 inch by 3mm batons, on top of your onions, and any other spice you fancy, (teaspoon of tumerec give a good colour). I use 2 bell peppers instead of tomatos, red, green, or yellow, each gives a different flavour For Chinese curry, miss out everthing, only 4 desert spoons of curry powder, when the meat cooked in the oil and curry, add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and 75 mils of coconut milk, simmer,. I never let my stock pf Bols curry powder run out
