Better than you think!
I have used these again and again. Made in China but great value, and they work. No center drill bit means you can make an existing hole bigger "in place". I hovered over a faucet valve and straightened out a hole that was not centered. That's why customers call me, that's why I bought these. They work, wet or dry.
