I asked this seller the condition of the item, they told me it was 10/10… I received the item and the top part of funko box was damaged ..mind you, I seen the damage before I bought it, and asked about it , and they assured me it was just the “flash” and there was no damage to the top of the box .. I get it in the mail, and sure enough there was damage .. they told me they would make it right . I gave them a week before I gave this feedback , they failed to do so and ignored me

Used a different picture and description of an actual Metallica concert poster (Juan Ma, Switzerland) and shipped me the cheaper non Metallica art print by the same artist that wasn’t what was shown or described in title. Bait and switch… yeah I got a refund but that’s what happens when you sell me one thing and ship me something else… neg feedback not nearly enough. You deserve worse chummmmmp.
