Sorry fairy duct doesn't work in dvd player.
I cannot rate it. It showed up at my door as a cover filled with pieces and dust. Complete waste of time and money. Them's the breaks.

Is there an honorable manufacturer anywhere in the world today?
Your pushing of these little service products simply reinforces the fact the manufacturers are NOT building quality products. Remember Zenith's slogan? It USED to be: "The quality goes in before the name goes on." Now it's "the name goes on before the quality goes in, oh, by the way we demand your money first!" The manufacture or whoever it is selling this stuff is padding their profit margins and shooting craps that only a small number of units fail.
The unit has already literally gone up in fire. It's only pure luck the fire did not destroy the house. I am still at a loss trying to find an honorable manufacturer, preferably not one that pays its employees off with a small bowl of rice.
