Don't waste your money
3 of 26 found this helpful I was looking for a book that would give you good advise on good food choices to lose weight. This was not it. It just kept repeating itself. It talks about how carbs affect your sugar level and that every diet will help you lose weight but none will help you keep it off. Would be a good reference book for someone taking a nutrition course in college. Not of any use to anyone trying to lose weight

broke the first time used
belt went on but was an extra tight fit. Broke the first time used. measurements are not correct. Do not buy this belt.
