Weak junk
1 of 1 found this helpful The reel will not extend to 21' as they advertised. I "spoke" to someone whose English was minimal. I made it as wide as possible and it collapsed in the middle as I was rolling up my cover. They then offered a $12 refund. I rebuilt the thing with the sleeves from my old reel and two metal strips near the end when that almost collapsed. Spend more & get a better reel!
