i would like at least1 new cleat sent to me. if you need i can send you the cleat and the hex bolt so you can verify this.

the hex bolt would not fit properly because the insert area was not correct. i had to try and force it into the space by lightly tapping with hammer. the hex bolt was the correct size. a couple of strikes to get it to correctly and the cleat broke!
