Refurbish gamble.
2 of 2 found this helpful Firstly, the printer did not ship with a power cable. Secondly, it jammed after two prints. The nature of the jam required disassembly, which resulted in broken pieces and a worthless printer. To be fair, jams are to be expected, but this printer can get jammed to where a piece of paper is inaccessible requiring disassembly. I broke the printer during the disassembly process.
