Creativity at its highest level!!!

I'm only half-way through the book and I love it! Mitch A. has such a creative mind. In fact I probably will read it again for more details. I have a few questions I would love to ask him and the concept of "Music" as the narrator is soooo thought provoking. Is there any way to communicate with him?

The Bracelet has nice illustrations.

As an elementary school teacher who loves using multi-cultural literature to encourage diversity, I was a little disappointed in the content of this book. Illustrations were beautiful and the story of friendship was heartwarming but the resolution seemed to "fizzle out" at the end. I'm not sure my granddaughter will read it a second time. Maybe a sequel would help.
