Some kind of manufacturing oil on the sh...
Some kind of manufacturing oil on the shield copper makes it's impossible to solder. Wire just won't accept the solder no matter how much flux I use. Not really sure what I'm going to do with 500ft of unusable wire I'll have to fine an application that doesn't need the shield.
