Boat water heater
I bought it to use as a dockside waterheater for my boat.
Marine waterheaters have provision to use coolant from engine, this does not, but it is half the price.
Only space I had to put it was under a settee. Had to lay it on its side because of fittings and it works fine.
Heats up fast and is well insulated. I dont require high temp water and use it for washing hands and dishes in cold weather .

Had a garage do it cause it's heavy. Took them an hour not the optimistic 40 minutes mentioned in literature.
They had to grind a little bit because of interference.
It is well made at a reasonable price.
