Easy assembly but squeaks during use

Instructions are easy to follow regarding assembly, use, and even "warm up exercises" prior to use. What wasn't explained was why it squeaked with every rowing motion. I found that if I applied a light "dressing" of silicone gel (I used "sil-glyde") to the track that the seat rides on stopped the squeak immediately. I hope this suggestion helps another purchaser as I was ready to return the rower....Now I love it.
