1 of 1 found this helpful So far, packed over 100 cigarettes, it's been working fine. Just one bad effort - I packed one a little to firm and the machine stalled out. But I lifted the lever and tried again and it finished packing that cigarette. Although it was packed so tight it was nearly not smoke-able...because it drew too hard. Firm is the key here. Since then - no problems.
The paper gripper could be a little stronger. I use one finger to help hold the paper in place.
