Boring compared to previous seasons

I don't know what it is about this program but I really enjoy watching it. However, this season was actually the worst. I don't know if it's because many characters are missing (Rob, no Jenners) or maybe they just tried to squeeze another season in with no legit story lines (I'm laughing at myself writing this) It was pretty boring and not as outrageous as previous seasons

If you want motivation - this is it

I have been following Sharee on her Tumblr for about a year and was excited to purchase her book. In short I would recommend it! There are many features that I really enjoyed: - chapters on all the different struggles associated with weight loss (eating habits, fitness, mental struggles etc) - sections of the book in which Sharee asks you questions, with space to write down your answers to get you thinking about your own journey. - goal-setting section - photo timeline of Sharee's weight loss journey (although this may be found online I suppose) - FAQ section The only criticism I have of the book is the writing - it isn't good. She does tend to repeat herself frequently throughout the book (although I understand why she may have done this on purpose - repeating points gets the idea in the readers mind). In saying this, I really enjoyed reading this - and most importantly it has given me tremendous motivation to get excited about my own weight loss journey.

Still manages to surprise you!

Though not as good as previous seasons I have to admit - it is still a great series and this season carries on the legacy. Honestly, it's the best series I've ever watched so nothing would have stopped me from purchasing this anyway!
