Not worth trying

No instruction leaflet and the online version is very hard to read. Difficult to set features and when they go wrong virtually impossible to reset. Currently trying to reset to factory settings and have tried all methods in instructions but not yet successful. Cannot recharge phone without taking the back cover off and the clip has now broken.
