Having used these as my all-season tires...
Having used these as my all-season tireson my Camaro for a few years now, I can say that they're pretty decent for the money. They handle well on dry warm days with pretty good traction. The noise is very low as well. The treader isn't great. I got about 30k miles out of them before they were cooked, and I did notice a big change in traction loss as they wore down. The last 10k miles were pretty treacherous on wet or cold days. Overall though, I can't complain at this price, which is why I bought them again. Don't expect these things to be great in the rain or very cold days, and be aware that as they wear down the composition seems harder with even less traction.

Perfect fit, came with new gasket and hardware as well. I love that it comes in 3 sections, makes it nice and easy to slip into place over the rear axle. The hangers are perfectly placed making easy to hang in the exact right place. Very nice piece. The stainless pipe is definitely not the best quality, but it's what I would expect at this price level so I'm not complaining.
