So I recently wrote a review about this product stating that it was well made and looked very nice however I said that it was not working properly. Sorry for your troubles the first thing you should have done was contact me I would have fixed any problem you were having by either advice, replacement or refund but I can't help you if I don't know what's going on and I don't check my feedbacks daily sorry for the delayed response... Dan
