3 of 4 found this helpful I will admit by the pic that I had of it, it was hard to determine whether the tanto style blade was saber or hollow, and getting it, it was definitely hollow grind. The grind itself is not a deterrent of whether or not I would get this knife but it does tell me what this knife was specifically geared to do. If you want to cut fruit and cord, this knife will do the job, and I suppose for $18 its got some worth to it, but for that price I know that there are many other blades that would do as good but better for the money.
Pro's:
Knife comes easily apart
8CR13MoV - I am not sure I would really consider this a pro, but it is much better steel than 7Cr17MoV
G-10 scales - good solid grip on one side of the handle.
Emerson style blade. - What I mean by this is for a manual blade, the Emerson style of blade makes it easy to flip open with one hand which makes it useful slightly on the utility side.
Tanto style - which makes it good for slicing. As a portable skinner, this blade is not bad.
Frame Lock folder - stronger and more reliable folder
Made by Kershaw - quality control is there overall
Con's:
Hollow grind - By having this type of blade hollow grind, it limits the use of the blade reliably for many functions. As a skinner and slasher it is good, but for things like whittling wood, strength, longevity hollow grind on this type of blade just does not provide that. So if you are going to cut fruit or skin with it, fine. Or even cut cord it will work, but do not expect the blade to last very long. Hollow allows it to be very sharp but it also does not keep an edge nearly as long as saber grind which is what should have been used with this blade. Would someone be willing to pay a few $'s more for a saber ground blade. Without a doubt. Even KaBar did it with their Kharon Zombie Killing Tanto. It costs a little more but has better steel (AUS-8 Japanese stainless) and is saber ground. This knife just does not hold a candle to the Kabar sad to say when it comes to the blade.
Folding barrel is too thin. But what does one expect from a hollow ground blade. With hollow ground, be sure to understand that the blade type was not designed to be able to handle lots of pressure, which again eliminates much of the functionality of this type of blade without damaging the blade is use.
So one has to remember when purchasing a blade. What are you buying the blade for? If you are buying this blade to kill or hurt someone in defense or offense, ok but I would rather it be a few inches longer.
If you are buying this blade to use as an EDC (Everyday Carry), than I recommend looking in other directions as there are many other blades that are better for the money.
Overall it could have been worse, but there are more items about this blade that could have been much better. Was kinda disappointed overall

Holster for Glock
1 of 1 found this helpful I have a Glock 22 40cal. and I admit I was skeptical about the case at first due to the cheap price and was just not sure how it would work out. Gotta say that this case is almost perfect for my Glock 22 and once you adjust the straps it does the job very well and could see how this would be a great asset if ever in the field. Yes, I am sure that there are better cases out there but can say this one works almost perfectly and does the job for that handy friend one keeps at their side.

Fish landscape rock with moss
1 of 1 found this helpful Ok, in the pic it looks more real than seeing it in person. I am really just unimpressed by the quality of this product and for the price paid for it, I seriously feel that it should be half the price that it is, but given pics in the description that showed it inside an actual tank to give people buying it a better perspective on the actual size of the item. Because of the shape, dimensions do not do it justice.
You are better off creating your own landscape by going to the local quarry and getting all the rock you need for way less. I went there after this debacle and picked up 9 large stones of different type for $11. Over 60 lbs of rock.
I bought it and threw the pebble of a landscape in my 10 gallon tank and for that it works fine. Which is why I posted a 3 star rating. But for a 75 gallon tank, this was a joke.
