As far as whistles the human ear can barely here, seems like a solid one.
2 of 2 found this helpful My neighbor refuses to train her dogs. So she ties them outside next to my window and they bark for hours at a time. I bought the whistles 2 blow when the dogs start barking so they will stop barking. During a short test this is worked quite well so far. The dogs don't seem to enjoy the sound of the whistle so they stop barking and seem to be learning that if they bark they get to hear this whistle and that is teaching them not to do it. Hopefully this is more Humane than bringing in the authorities to remove the dogs from her. Not sure if this is a good review or not so take it for what it's worth I give these whistles a thumbs up.

Hilariously cute.
These are definitely for really small dogs, not just little dogs. I may however keep these just because they are funny and fun to play with for humans, too.
