Will take work
1 of 1 found this helpful This kit is plywood sides or at least the mahogany is a veneer , mine had several places were the veneer was sanded threw to a lighter color wood, I plan on painting the sides with a dark brown so I hope that it will be hidden. The hardware is gold plated and seems nice , for a project and a learning experience I believe this is a good kit.

920D DiMarzio/Fender hot noiseless
the soldering and components where too notch , couldn't be more pleased with the sounds except for the second position , but that's due to the humbucker and the single coil not messing well , the hot noiseless fender pickups sound amazing and the Tonezone in the bridge is great when you need more bite
