Item not ‘new’ as described. Box had been opened, had several dents and was damaged in two places. Communication was very difficult. Seller marked item as shipped even though she had merely printed a label…blamed eBay for marking it shipped. Item was NOT shipped on Dec. 27th.

I am sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. I communicated and answered your questions as asked and in a timely manner. I truly cannot update the tracking myself, as soon as a label is purchased and printed through eBay the order status is automatically updated to shipped. The order was shipped promptly and in the exact same condition as pictured. The item was brand new and unopened. I have gladly refunded your total purchase and hope you have a good day
