Excellent Body Worn Camera
1 of 1 found this helpful Works without issues, reliable. I purchased a 2nd of these, because I wanted reliability and good quality recordings.
The prerecord function makes things easier, as can find what wanted without searching through hours of video, just record whats important, at highest resolution will get about 15seconds prerecord and at lowest resolution will get about 2 minutes of prerecord, so if a criminal walks up and gives a suprise punch, I have up to above time (after event) to press the record button and still capture the suprise punch. Also, if not hear something clearly on radio, can use prerecord to enable me to press record After missing the message and then play the message back.
Comes with a hock attachment that enables to be secured to shoulder of a vest, with it being difficult for anyone to grab and run off with it.
I've got these wet in heavy rain and did not effect their operation.
Dropped first bwc twice, from shoulder height, onto concreate, and did not break or damaged, works perfectly. Dont know if was just luck or if it due to good quality.
After 6 months of use, each battery reduced from 5hrs to about 3.5hrs of use. Thats with 1920x1080 resolution being used with prerecord.
