  It did not arrive on or before Ebay estimated date of delivery. I waited till Saturday but no pkg. He promised to send a replacement but kept delaying. A week after the estimated date of delivery, Ebay refunded the amount I paid. I asked him if he can tell me his PayPal email address so that I can pay for the replacement. No response. My first transaction with him a year ago was flawless. It appears he became tardy on shipments. He even put the cliche blame on USPS. So long fellow!

  This customer purchased an item that sold for $4.00 and was sent by first class mail which is stated in the listing. The buyer claims the package did not arrive on or before Ebay's estimated date of delivery. I asked the buyer to wait a couple of more days to see if the package would arrive. The buyer waited until Saturday. The package still did not arrive on Saturday so I resent the purchase on Monday and the buyer has told me that he received the package.
