Not just for Draper, fitted my unbranded loppers too.
This was bought speculatively to replace the broken anvil on my unbranded telescopic handle tree loppers (probably Lidl, or Aldi special). As others have found, fits with only minor adjustment and gives a new lease of life to an otherwise useless tool, saving me some money and the environment a bit of landfill!
Worth a try if it looks similar to the anvil on your loppers.
