Don't make my ears sore

Can't wear most earrings. Even surgical stainless steel gives me trouble. These don't bother me at all.

My Go-To

I have both hypothyroidism and hypoadrenalism, so fatigue is a constant battle companion. I do try to do some sort of exercise every day, and this is my go-to on medium energy days. The modifications are excellent, especially their down-dog using a chair. Also, I have shoulder and neck issues, and I find their upper body portion of this a god-send. On lower energy days, I use Carroll Cain's DVD for neck and shoulders. Lisa is easy to follow, has a pleasant presence and there isn't any obnoxious music or passive-aggressive extras in the back ground competing for attention. High energy days (two or three times a month if I'm lucky), I have other DVDs with Lisa Matkin from her Yoga Zone days. I can't rave about her enough, so I guess this is as good a place as any to stop :-)

very smooth

Nice finish, very smooth when you run it through your fingers, not scratchy like less well made chain. Bright and pretty, it's exactly what I needed, and reasonably priced!
