Works well for me for hot flashes
I have been taking this product for 5 years. An acupuncturist prescribed it for me for hot flashes. I started with 1 three times a day and gradually reduced it to 1 tablet a day. It definitely lessened the hot flash intensity and frequency.

One of the best, a true story
I have read “Ride the Wind” 3-4 times and given it as a gift many times. This book is one of the best about the incoming white settlers and the end of the Comanche nation.

Very light weight and versatile.
I purchased this gate for a very large doorway between LR and sunroom. The gate comes in two sections, each section being identical with sliding parts, which slide very easily. Instead of using the hardware provided I used very small bungy cords to attach the center pieces at top and bottom. I could then slide the sliding pieces out as far as I needed beyond the door frames. I have a table on one side of the door and a chair on the other and slide the ends behind each on either side. I did not use the hardware provided to attach the gate at each end to the frame of the door, either. I can easily slide the two sliding pieces into their stationary partner and the gate nicely opens the doorway and sits easily behind the chair. To me it was the best use of the gate. A win-win. If at a later time I need it someplace else I can use both pieces or just one and still have the slide piece available.
I have 13 lb. terriers and never once have they pushed the gate aside.
The wood on this gate is just like the smooth unpainted wood on a small wood baby/dog gate.
