Tall and Short
The covers are very nice. On their heading they should put TALL .It does say tall down farther but if you are looking at a lot and decide short would be better you could, like I did mess up .I put them on my TPI in my 49 Anglia and the look great. So all is well.

1 of 1 found this helpful Put them on a 1992 Tpi SBC with a ZZ4 cam with a 510 exhaust lift intake is 474 they seem to work ok with just upper O ring valve seals positive umbrella seals would need the guides milled. Under 500 lift they would work fine . Elgin says the springs installed height 1.70 with 110 lbs seat pressure open height 1.21 with 285 lbs seat pressure coil bind is 1.16 and they say 490 max lift all with 1.5 rocker arms 1.6 are a no no on my package.

Did the job
The install tool was tight on my shaft so I had to run a drill in it. Other than that it worked .
