Check The Serial Number

I bought this fob. When I took it to a locksmith to have it programmed it would not work. It would not link to my 2015 Ram 1500. So I kinda wasted my money. The good thing was that I already had 2 fobs that were linked to the truck, One of the fob cases was just really jacked up. So I just took the guts from the one that was jacked up and put them in the new case. The locksmith said that the fob that I bought had a serial # that started with an "F" that the fob that was already linked to my truck started with a "D". All it all I am still statisfied.
