Super Effective
First pill I took I already have smooth bowel...Very fast my metabolism works so good all the food I get digest right away. I pooped 3x day depends how often I eat. Disadvantage do not drink the pill when your going out to eat in restaurant cos iyou will need toilet so bad like literally so bad...
