  I don't think I have every received a package so well packed with plenty of packing stuff. It is a BEAUTIFUL book and I think the VA will be very happy to include in their library. Seller responded to several questions very quickly and that made me feel good. The pages are even better looking than they did in the pics on ebay! You can't put a value on how much this book with be enjoyed by so many vets.

  Although the unit was described as fully functional upon receipt and plugged in the disc drawer would not open no matter how I tried. Maybe it got rattled in shipping, it was packed extremely well, and shipped fast, so who knows, but seller was quick to issue a refund which is greatly appreciated.
