Light weight and spins smoothly

This bottom bracket was easy to installed once my friend Jeff at CC Cyclery pointed out to me the fact that the plastic insert included in with the bottom bracket is AN ADAPTER so the BB can be installed with the existing hollowtech BB tool. The adapter fits in snugly to the tool and assures that you torque the bottom bracket properly.
