Fun/Great anime, Little expensive, Wouldn't trust the dub, Pick sub.
Pretty good second season. Didn't like how expensive it was compared to the first, so I'd recommend it when it's on sale.
It's a fun Slice of Life anime series with a good amount of cute and entertaining moments. I read a bit of the manga before watching this series and I would say that I actually think the anime might be a little better. The anime arranges events a little differently and adds more scenes to make the series feel more complete. I liked reading the manga because I read it at my own pace, the anime by comparison feels very fast though. I'm still happy that I own the manga though, I would still recommend that too if possible, though I also think the character designs in the anime are a little better too.
Don't forget to look into the extras sections of the blu-rays too, because some of them have full OVA episodes along with fun mini-series'.
A couple of warnings I would give before getting into this is that some younger characters are put in situations that could be seen as weird from most modern western viewers but I personally thought they were funny.
I would also not recommend the English dub of the series. It's not that the actors do a bad job, it's that whoever wrote their script decided to shoehorn in random leftist political commentary on "The patriarchy" into lines where the characters are not saying that. I wouldn't trust or give credit to dub translators who act like they dislike what they're working on to make a fun, light-hearted anime the fateful translation it deserves.
I would recommend the English subtitles with Japanese language instead because of that. The only problem with the sub option to me was that the anime can be very fast paced making some text go by a little quickly and sometimes text is jumbled up on the screen when multiple people are talking. It was a bit overwhelming for me at first but I think I either got used to it or the pacing got better over time.
Great anime, would recommend it.

Alright figure to have in your collection
The glow in the dark part of the figure doesn't work for me. I think it's kind of ridiculous that the same figure but with the attachable red accessories being hundreds of dollars more is crazy. The figure itself has nice detail and is a little heavier than it looks. Overall, I'm glad I got it for the cheap price that I did. I don't know if the version I got isn't as good or if the figure is like this in general. If it's the ladder then I wouldn't recommend getting the figure at a steep price.

Some of the most expensive monetization in gaming. Buy the fifth game instead.
Has thousands of dollars worth of dlc (All being costumes). I like sexy stuff but it's stupid to spend money on digital outfits, especially considering past DOA games and most other fighting games in general handle it better. There is ALOT more wrong with the monetization plenty of other people meme'd on.
I bought this along with the fifth game on my ps4 and I feel like fifth game has more to offer. ESPECIALLY in terms of costumes. Not sure how to compare the single player content of the two games so I have nothing to say on that. This game may play smoother but I don't feel it does enough to justify it's asking price. Just get the best edition of the fifth game on ps4 instead. Takes up less that 1/3 of the space this game takes up and you'll probably get a better representative of the DOA experience overall. And each character will have more then 1 boring costume.
